Gyration intro’s the HTPC motion-controlled TV Remote

Gyration

An appropriately named company known as Gyration has a new Home Theater PC (HTPC) remote control that works with a little bit of motion control.

All a user has to do is point it at the screen, and it works like one of those popular air-mouses. You have complete control over whatever you watch on the Home Theater or PC thanks to Movea’s MotionSense technology. Not only is this remote unique because of the motion control, but it has a backlit LCD display that offers a clear view of iTunes or Windows Media Center by artist, song, genre, or playlist.

This Gyration remote will be available beginning next week for a price of $179.99, or $229.99 with a compact keyboard.
