Apparently, Medion made an announcement several months ago that they were going to produce a Netbook called the E1210, but it has only been launched just recently.
So what took it so long? Perhaps it was all the interesting features, including a 10-inch display at 1,024 x 600 resolution. It also has Windows XP SP3, which includes Corel Wordperfect Office X3. There is also an optional external DVD drive and extended battery.
Other internal features include an Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor, 1 GB DDR2 RAM and an 80 GB hard drive. It also has Ethernet and Draft-N Wi-Fi connectivity. Speaking of connectivity, there are also three USB 2.0 ports, a VGA output and built-in memory card reader.
The Medion E210 costs about £279.99 (around $500 US) and is available in black or silver colors.
